Sofa and Mattress Cleaning in Thu Thiem: Empire City, The Metropole, Sala

Thuan High Clean cleans sofas and mattresses on-site in Thu Thiem, from apartments at Empire City and The Metropole to apartments, townhouses and villas in Sala. Our technicians bring the equipment to you, clean and extract on the spot, and sofas and mattresses usually dry in about 1–2 hours. In an area where almost every building is new, the things that matter most are timing the first clean of newly delivered furniture and knowing your building's rules.

Thu Thiem is part of the former District 2 ([TO ADD: new ward name after the July 1, 2025 merger]). General mattress cleaning needs and prices for the area are covered in mattress cleaning at home in Thu Duc, and area overviews are in sofa cleaning in District 2 and mattress cleaning in District 2. This article focuses only on three projects: Empire City, The Metropole and Sala.

The three projects sit close together on the Thu Thiem peninsula, but the homes are quite different, so preparation differs too. The table below sums up what our technicians need to know for each.

In Thu Thiem, many owners have only just received their keys and finished fitting out. New sofas and mattresses look clean, but they have been through the fit-out, the delivery and the wait before move-in. These are the three situations we see most in new homes.

If the sofa arrived before drilling, cutting and painting were finished, fine dust settles into the fibers and the gaps between cushions. Wiping with a damp cloth only pushes it deeper. Book the clean once all dusty work in the unit is done, not between rounds of fit-out.

Many families keep the plastic on to keep a sofa or mattress looking new until they move in. In Ho Chi Minh City's hot, humid climate, moisture trapped under the wrap can leave the fabric smelling musty or spotted. Take the plastic off and let the furniture air out. If a mattress already has spots, see whether a moldy mattress can be cleaned.

Velvet, linen and imported sofas usually carry a tag with a cleaning code. When you send photos for a quote, include the tag so we can choose the right method. Here's what each code means: sofa cleaning codes W, S, WS and X. If the sofa is still under warranty, check the retailer's warranty terms before cleaning.

Newly handed-over towers often have many units being fitted out at once, so management keeps a close eye on contractors. The general steps for registering technicians are in our Masteri Thao Dien sofa and mattress cleaning guide. In Thu Thiem, also ask management the three questions below.

Low-rise homes in Sala often have a living room sofa, another in the upstairs family room and mattresses in several bedrooms. When you book, list every item and which floor it's on so we can send enough technicians and plan the time well.

Not sure which pieces need cleaning? Send photos on WhatsApp or Zalo at +84 357 111 566 and Thuan High Clean will take a look and quote first.

Whether you're in an Empire City or The Metropole apartment or a Sala villa, our sofa cleaning and mattress cleaning use the same price list, based on the size of each item rather than the size of your home.

Final prices depend on the material and its condition. Send photos on WhatsApp or Zalo at +84 357 111 566 for an exact quote before any work begins.
