At-home mattress cleaning with Thuan High Clean starts at 300,000 VND, depending on size: 300,000 VND for mattresses under 1.0 m wide, 350,000 VND for 1.2–1.4 m, 400,000 VND for 1.6–1.8 m and 450,000–500,000 VND for 2.0–2.2 m. The price covers inspection, vacuuming, cleaning, everyday stain treatment and machine extraction drying.
You get a quote before we start, and the price doesn't change once it's agreed. Hot steam sanitizing and deodorizing is an optional add-on (+100,000 VND) that we only do with your approval.

What Affects the Price of Mattress Cleaning?
Mattress Size
This is the main factor. A wider mattress has more surface to clean and takes more solution and time. That's why our prices are based on width rather than the brand or what you paid for the mattress.
Mattress Material
Foam, natural latex, synthetic latex, spring and compressed cotton mattresses each need a different cleaning method and dry at different speeds. Natural latex, for example, shouldn't be steamed, while thick spring mattresses need more thorough extraction. The price is still mainly based on size, but our technician checks the material to choose a method that's safe for your mattress.
How Dirty It Is and How It Smells
A mattress with only dust, or one that's cleaned regularly, is usually done at the listed price. Long-lasting odors, heavy stains or urine take more time and may need hot steam deodorizing. We explain this in more detail in the "When Does It Cost More" section below.
Number of Items
Cleaning several items in one visit, such as two or three mattresses, or a mattress plus a sofa or curtains, saves you money with 10% off orders from 1,500,000 VND.
When Does It Cost More?
Our listed prices are for mattresses with normal, everyday dirt. In some cases a mattress needs extra work, so the cost can be higher. Either way, every charge is quoted upfront and we only go ahead with your approval.
Old Stains and Heavy Yellowing
